Wohooo, a new picture done! ^..^
THIS IS IT: THE END of the evil general DEVON! Devon was finally slain by Reptile, after a brutal battle and a long war. But since this war has caused so many dead, this victory tastes as bitter as defeat......... Inspired by the graphic novel "300" by Frank Miller and Lynn Varley, I have decided to draw something quick and unusual for me. Less detail, hard shading and... huge brush and WATER COLOURS!!! Was a nice sensation. And I am sorry, for this is such a QUICKLY done artwork... but I had this on my mind and just HAD to draw it! AND PLEASE: I know, there are many flaws in anatomy and proportion.  I did this lineart very fast.But most of this picture was about the different technique AND the atmosphere! Media Used: Pencil, black ink, water colours (aquarell) Working Time: 5 hours (!) |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
