And a BRAND NEW artwork, after some time! :D

My friend Marcus told me a while ago, that he'd love to see his character PYRON to act like some kinda "Grim Reaper"!
Well, since I like PYRON very much and since nobody cared for this idea, I decided to draw it myself.

And with this artwork, I have tried something new: I have used a palette of colours, rather untypical for me.
And this is good! I also tried to use the lighting effects more professional. Personally, I like how it came out - just because I need to learn more about proper light and shades.

i love the coloring and sinister look to every thing my fave thing about this pic has to be the lighting effect and background truely amazing

Wow. Very nice.

I have a few questions if you don't mind me asking. It looks like you used colored pencils? How big is this piece, and how did you achieve such a smooth shading? I ask because I've recently started using colored pencils again, and I want to see if I can learn something.

Hmm... having read your commentary, I should say that I am very impressed with your lighting effects. They look great!
