And here is something, I have never done before: a giant clan mech from “BattleTech”!
It’s a “Blood Asp” to be more precisely… anyway, even if I have used quite a high detailed reference picture from a “BattleTech” almanac, I am still happy how it turned out. Since I seldom draw mechanic things… all this 3D stuff is quite difficult.
Birthday gift artwork for my brother Chris!
Drawing Material:
Pencil, Ink, Coloured Pencils, Permanent Markers and Cloth Markers (a very few computer enhancement on the light effects – means “dodging” the white parts)
Working Time:
4 days
It's very good, very well detailed and colored etc Looks even like from some comic book scene or cover btw I'm sure that it was a good gift.
Battletech... Name sounds familiar but i cannot say anything... Mechs are kinda cool to me but well I haven't gotten really that interested to play those actively... Last game I played eeeh... Loaned in trade from a "friend" years ago for xbox... I cannot remember the name... Mech Assault maybe...
!... Never knew you made battletech stuff! It's like those older posters where they use traditional techniques instead of 3D, like this one of my fav mech Behemoth -> [link]
